I Don't Wanna Grow Up Part 2: Saying Goodbye to Toys R Us
As we showed you not that long ago, as soon as Toys R Us announced its liquidation sale people started to tear the stores apart. Now, with fewer than three days remaining on many of my local stores, I came in to pay my respects one last time.
I'll never know the joys (or frustrations) of taking my own child to Toys R Us, but at the very least I got to go one last time with my own parents. There was still a lot of toys left, and honestly I left with some cool stuff. My parents and I had fun rummaging through what was left, and we even joked about it here and there. This is indeed the end of an era. Goodbye, Toys R Us. I'll miss you.
