BOOM! Studios has a released a preview of Clueless: One Last Summer, the original graphic novel following up on the 2017 graphic novel Clueless: Senior Year and set in the continuity of the 1995 film. Due out in stores in November, Clueless: One Last Summer is from the creative team of writers Amber Benson and Sarah Kuhn and artist Siobhan Keenan. The press release describes the premise:

In CLUELESS: ONE LAST SUMMER, Cher, Dionne, and Tai journey out for their final summer vacation before they head off to college and the world of adulthood. However when life threatens to topple their elaborate plans for the summer to remember, they’ll be challenged to stay true to their best selves amidst the chaos. Luckily they’ve got each other to lean on, because that’s what best friends are for…and because no one stops Cher when she makes up her mind!

And BOOM! Senior Editor Shannon Watters is tasked with coming up with filling in the boilerplate for the obligatory press release quote:

The best stories of friendship never truly end and the success of Clueless: Senior Year made it clear our readers felt the same way. Like Cher, Dionne, and Tai, we’ve got a dream team behind the page with Amber, Sarah, and Siobhan bringing all the charm, laughs, and genuine heart that made you fall in love with the Clueless film.

Clueless: One Last Summer features a cover by Natacha Bustos. Check out the preview below:

About Jude Terror

A prophecy says that in the comic book industry's darkest days, a hero will come to lead the people through a plague of overpriced floppies, incentive variant covers, #1 issue reboots, and super-mega-crossover events.

Scourge of Rich Johnston, maker of puns, and seeker of the Snyder Cut, Jude Terror, sadly, is not the hero comics needs right now... but he's the one the industry deserves.
