Code Vein's Collector's Edition Will Not Be Coming to North America

Earlier today we got the reveal of Code Vein being released this September. Sadly, at least for North American fans, that's where the good news ends as it appears we will just be getting the regular game and not the special edition.

Part of the announcement this morning outlined details for the Collector's Edition, which would be released in Japan first and then eventually make its way to Europe. North America, however, is not on the list to receive it. Dual Shockers confirmed the news independently after hitting up a Bandai Namco contact, who acknowledged that there are no plans to bring that edition to the west. So if you end up loving the game and absolutely need a collector's version to go with the rest of your games, you'll have to buy one out-of-region to do so.

Code Vein's Collector's Edition Will Not Be Coming to North America

Venture into the land of Code Vein and uncover its secrets. Players will be able to craft their own unique character and customize their experience by equipping numerous weapons, items, skills and gifts to accommodate their favorite fighting style or gain a competitive advantage against impossible odds. Various A.I. controlled partners will also be on-hand to explore the interconnected world with their own specialized attributes and personalities.
