WBIE is Teasing a Hitman Announcement for June 7th

We all kind of assumed that E3 would have a number of surprises from Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment, and one of the rumored games on the table after the company worked out a deal with IO Interactive earlier this year was the Hitman series. But what exactly we’d be getting from them was still kind of unknown and no one really knows what to make of it. Well, it appears you’ll be getting a formal announcement of the next Hitman game on Thursday, as both the Hitman and WBIE Twitter accounts are teasing something is coming on June 7th.

At best guess, we’re assuming it will be the next title in the series, but only an announcement that it’s coming. It would be very surprising to see any game footage, let alone a demo of something so soon after the deal while the company was working out its publishing issues. So basically, be ready to see a graphic on Thursday and, at best, a teaser trailer for the new game during E3.
