ComiXology Continues Marvel Day And Date TPB Deep Discounting

Another Wednesday another look at the ComiXology listings. And alongside regular backstock sales ahead of the release of Action Comics #1000, Boom's Buy One Get One Free Sale, Iron Man, Judge Dredd and Guardians Of The Galaxy sales, ComiXology is again dramatically discounting the price of out-today trade paperbacks from Marvel to 99 cents.

ComiXology Continues Marvel Day And Date TPB Deep Discounting

Marvel EIC C.B.Cebulski said at the Diamond Retailer Summit, with concerns from comic store owners who haven't even opened their doors yet, that while Marvel has been in talks with ComiXology and their parent company Amazon, they are powerless to stop this.

Retailer Brian Hibbs has spoken out harshly about this, opposed by Michael Savage. But the practice continues.

Only this week? ComiXology haven't chosen to draw attention to it with a big banner ad as they normally do…
