Quirk Books' Presentation at Diamond Retailer Summit 2018
Quirk Books came to the Diamond Retailer Summit in Chicago today, bringing a tonne of books to look at. More of a traditional book publisher, they do nevertheless have a line that could be described as comics-adjacent. Fred Van Lente's novel about comic conventions in which Bleeding Cool turns up, The Con Artist, the Attack on Titan novel, Regrettable books about superhero characters — now giving us Sidekicks to follow Superheroes and Supervillains.
But also the remarkable Giraffes on Horseback Salad and Manfried the Man.
And they put on a show… and seemed to impress the audience. Take a look.
