Toy Fair New York: Entertainment Earth is Going Big With Pin Mates, New Site Design This Year

Entertainment Earth had a wonderful set up at Toy Fair New York and Pin Mates fans will be happy-the line will be expanding by about 200 figures over the next year, and will be going to a single blister card. They will also be numbered going forward. I will be the first to admit that I did not see anything exciting from Pin mates when they first were revealed, but I am happy that I was wrong. They even have a partnership set-up to make Pin Mates with Lin-Manuel Miranda, with both Miranda and his dog Tobi coming. There will also be one of Lin as Alexander Hamilton from some musical called Hamilton. You may have heard of it.

More than Pin Mates and wooden figures and Superhero Chair Capes, I am most excited for their site redesign. One of the problems I have always had with their site is that it is just a wall of text, and even when searching for items the listings are confusing and hard to navigate. That is no more. Not only is it sleeker, but popular brands are listed with icons right at the top. Searches are more streamlined and easier to find what you are looking for. I really like the new way to search for themes. You can even narrow the search by company and product type with the new button system on the side instead of a wall of hyperlinks on the search page.

They also had their latest two Funko Pop figure exclusives on display- a GLOW Love-A-Lot bear, and a Jurassic Park two-pack with Dennis Nedry and Dilophosaurus. Nedry has just been sprayed and is about to meet his demise. That pack is a must-own.

Check out some of the items they had in their booth down below. If you would like to check out the beta of the site, and even order some of the merch in the pictures, you can go ahead and click right here.
