Mondo Has a New Batman: The Animated Series Figure, and it Looks Awesome

Mondo has been doing a really great job with their action figures, and now one is coming that Batman fans should get excited about. Their Batman: The Animated Series Batman figure is now up for preorder and will ship at the end of the year. The figure is painted to resemble the look of an animation cell, has tons of accessories and swappable parts, and their is even a deluxe version with even more exclusive accessories and a swappable cape.

Based on the seminal BATMAN: THE ANIMATED SERIES, the Batman 1/6 Scale Figure stays true to the television classic – sculpted to match the iconic style of the show with a paint scheme evoking the bold, graphic look of an animated cell. Featuring approximately 30 points of articulation, multiple switch-out hands, heads, accessories, and a Bat Symbol figure stand, Batman comes fully equipped to keep Gotham – and your collection – safe and sound!

The Mondo Deluxe Exclusive (only available until March 12th) features a switch-out wind-swept cape, goggles, unique "Thumbs-Up of Bat Approval" hand, unique batarang, and a switch-out H.A.R.D.A.C. head!

Both versions of the BATMAN: THE ANIMATED SERIES 1/6 Scale Figure are now up for pre-order!

That is a lot of accessories. The price difference aside, it only makes sense to get the exclusive Mondo version so you can have everything. The googles are fun, the HARDAC head portrait looks sweet, and the wind-swept cape is way better looking than the regular one. With 30 points of articulation, this should have pretty great range of motion as well; although if I get one it would stay in the iconic roof pose from the opening credits for all time.

If you would like to preorder either version of this figure, you can do so now. The regular release will run you $125, while the Mondo exclusive will set you back $150. You can order either one right here.
