Evan Narcisse Would Like To Do A Black Panther Video Game

If you haven't already caught on from all of the news going around our site, Black Panther seems to be killing it at the box office this week and earning rave reviews, along with a lot of talk on social media from people who love the film and criticizing it. One specific voice that stood out to a lot of people this week was Evan Narcisse, who chimed in with a very specific thought that got a lot of people talking…

Now, let's be honest with each other. There's a long, long, LONG history of video games being made off of movies where the game turns out to be a pile of garbage. That being said, there aren't many of those games who can claim to have a writer behind it that knows the source material. Narcisse is currently writing the Rise of the Black Panther series for Marvel and would be the best choice to write the story for the game if Disney decides to tap any of its game development wings to make such a game. Considering we've only seen Black Panther in a handful of games over the years, most recently being the Wolverine replacement in Marvel vs. Capcom: Infinite, now would be the best time to make a character-centric game based around him.
