Solo: A Star Wars Story Toys Revealed by Hasbro Ahead of Toy Fair

Solo: A Star Wars Story toys have begun to be revealed ahead of this weekend's New York Toy Fair. While there may be some minor spoilers, the figures themselves revealed by Hasbro this morning certainly confirm who this film is going to focus on — especially the name of a certain ship that is a character all its own.

First up is an assortment of 3.75 inch figures, all featuring Force Link capabilities. That tech was introduced last year with The Last Jedi figures, and the Luke Skywalker, Maz Kanata, and K-2SO figures are repacks with updated Force Link options. The three figures from Solo are Han Solo, of course, Qi'ra (boy, they really had to just Star Wars that name up completely, didn't they?), and Chewbacca. Hopefully there will be a Lando figure that we just haven't seen yet. We shall see this weekend.

The Kessel Run Millennium Falcon will have light-up features, Force Link capabilities, hyperspace sounds, break-away panels, and comes with a 3.75 inch Han Solo figure different from the regular release. It also looks like the front part of the Falcon looks to detach. This one will run you a pretty reasonable $99.

Finally we have the first wave of Solo Black Series figures. Again, Han and Qi'ra are here, and we also get the new fantastic looking Rangetrooper. But the main event and the figure that will fly off shelves is the Lando figure. Featuring a wonderful portrait of Donald Glover, that is an early entry into Hasbro figure of the year. It may even be the leader in the club house. All four look pretty good, the Qi'ra head sculpt is a little off-looking, but not too bad. She looks like she is wearing a wig. That Lando, though…

All of these will be in stores this spring. Look for more info and more reveals this weekend at New York Toy Fair.

First seen on i09 and Entertainment Weekly.
