Gonna be in Disney World for the #RockTheDots event? If so, you're in luck! Gasparilla Island Grille at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort has these simply too-cute-to eat chocolate cupcakes, filled with cookies and cream mousse. This over-the-top cupcake has seriously caught my eye, so hopefully I'll catch them on the next #RockTheDots event!
