Check Out The New Open World Trailer For Dynasty Warriors 9

If you've been itching to get a better look at the open world that will make up Dynasty Warriors 9, Koei Tecmo has the proverbial back scratcher for you in the form of a brand new trailer that shows off that aspect of the game. The trailer below was released in Japan to give players a better look at Shin Sangokumusou 8, which is the title it will be released as at home. While there isn't a lot of talking being done on this video, it doesn't really matter. The key thing you need to be paying attention to are the visuals.

And when we say open world, buy do we mean it. You can basically go around and do anything from running around cities, hunting and fishing, exploring landmarks that you'll have on your map, looking for hidden areas, decorate your home, harass animals in the countryside, and of course, all the random battles you can find across the country that damn near make Final Fantasy VI's frequency look tame by comparison. The Japanese release of Dynasty Warriors 9 will happen on February 8th exclusively on the PS4, while the North American release will come out a few days later on February 13th.
