Nintendo is Revealing a “New Interactive Experience” Today For the Switch Aimed At Kids

Nintendo has said that it is announcing something tonight that will be a “new interactive experience” for the Switch.

Just last week, Nintendo surprised fans with a Nintendo Direct Mini where a few announcements were made, including the reveal of Dark Souls Remastered. It seems the company isn’t done with its surprises yet either as it has something coming a little later today.

On the UK site, you can see at 10 PM GMT, the company are going to be revealing something. It’s not clear what that something is, but we can be sure it is aimed at a younger audience. The site currently has the message:

Tune in to discover a new interactive experience for Nintendo Switch that’s specially crafted for kids and those who are kids at heart.

“Tune in” suggests that there will be some kind of video aspect to the reveal of whatever this is, meaning there is probably some substantial reveal going on here. It’s not clear if it will just be a video dropped on social media channels or streamed in some way, but we will have to wait and see how this plays out.

Honestly, I’m pretty stumped about what is going on here, but there have been rumblings on the internet that the company is getting ready to share something that will get the internet stirring. I would say come in with tempered expectations, but also, hey, it’s new stuff from Nintendo. That usually means it will be something worth talking about. We’ll be sure to keep you on top of what’s going on here.
