2K Games Releases Explanation Video for Civilization VI's Next Expansion

Over the past few weeks, 2K Games and Firaxis Games have been releasing video after video showing you all the new people and empires that will eventually be added to Civilization VI when the new expansion, "Rise and Fall", is released on February 8th. Now, to all players who have been outright confused as to how everything is going to be implemented and how the new systems will work: the company has released one more video to try to ease you into the new changes with a "New Features Explained" featurette.

We'll let the video do most of the talking, as it's a good five and a half minutes of detailing and outlining how every addition will work. But the shorthand version is that the game is going above and beyond to make you feel like a world-class leader.

The simple idea is that the expansion will have you doing a lot more than just managing resources, exploring, learning, and conquering territories. Now the game will take you through several different ages where you will learn how to manage your people in ways a Civilization title has never tried before, ultimately leading to the goal of making you one of the greatest leaders of all time. That is, if you're up to the task.
