Marvel’s Runaways Season 1: Meet the Runaways

Marvel’s newest series features a group of teenagers who discovering their parents are super-villains in disguise. Now they must band together to run away from their homes in order to atone for their parents’ actions and to discover the secrets of their origins. Hulu has released a new behind the scenes featurette that let’s you get to know the six teenagers that make up the Runaways along with their unique superpowers. Like all Marvel series, this takes place in the MCU, but doesn’t have any crossover so far.


The 10 episode series is being released every Tuesday with the penultimate chapter hitting the streaming service tomorrow. It’s based on the comics series by Brian K. Vaughan and Adrian Alphona and adapted for television by Josh Schwartz and Stephanie Savage. The teenagers are played by Rhenzy Feliz, Lyrica Okano, Virginia Gardner, Ariela Barer, Gregg Sulkin, and Allegra Acosta, the parents are played by Angel Parker, Ryan Sands, Annie Wersching, Kip Pardue, Ever Carradine, James Marsters, Brigid Brannagh, Kevin Weisman, Brittany Ishibashi, and James Yaegashi.

If you’re the type that prefers to binge watch a series rather than go week to week, then you can plan out your binge this week as the finale episode of season one will be released on Tuesday, January 9th.
