Ruby Rose is Joining Blazblue Cross Tag Battle

At the Playstation Experience 2017 opening ceremony tonight, we got a brand new trailer for Arc System Works' Blazblue Cross Tag Battle which gave us a bit more of a glimpse at gameplay as well as the announcement that RWBY's Ruby Rose will be joining the cast. That announcement wasn't much of a surprise, as fans had been awaiting it for a while now after getting gameplay footage featuring Ruby back in October

. If you haven't heard of Blazblue, it's a 2D cross-platform fighting game which will be released on PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch and Windows in 2018. The game features characters from the BlazBlue, Persona 4 Arena, Under Night In-Birth, Samurai Shodown, The Last Blade, and RWBY.

Right now the cast includes:

• Rachel from BlazBlue
• Hazma from BlazBlue
• Noel from BlazBlue
• Azrael from BlazBlue
• Yu from Persona 4 Arena

• Hyde from Under Night In-Birth

Those who have been following the game seem to be pulling for a Blake reveal to come next, but we have no word on that right now.
