More New IP's Are On The Way From Nintendo

Siliconera has a story up this weekend, following up on an interview with Yoshiaki Koizumi in Famitsu, where he announced that Nintendo will have more original games coming out in 2018 for the Nintendo Switch. Below is a translated quote from the interview, where he addresses the concern from some fans that Nintendo have blown through their original IPs this year with Mario and Zelda and have nothing to deliver for 2018 beyond other company's titles.

Famitsu: Nintendo Switch users may be worried about next year's lineup, with both staple titles such as Mario and Zelda, as well as new hit titles such as Splatoon having already come out for the system.

The statement is reassuring, but you need look no further than this past E3 to know there's at least a Kirby game due out sometime next year for the Switch, which we'll most likely see at E3 2018. Along with the simply titled Yoshi game due out next year as well. Let the speculation begin as to what other games he may have been speaking of.
