Free Comic At MCM London Comic Con With Launch Of Du Lac & Fey: Dance Of Death

Du Lac & Fey: Dance Of Death is a new game being launches at MCM London Comic Con by Guildford independent developers Salix Games. In which one joins Sir Lancelot Du Lac and Morgana Le Fey on a journey to lift an ancient curse and explore the smog-shrouded streets of Victorian London as you've never seen them before. And meet a diverse cast of vibrant characters as you seek out clues, hunt for suspects and make decisions that not only affect the lives of those around you, but which also profoundly changes your own.

Look, here's a trailer.

The gamer is launching at MCM London Comic Con this coming weekend, and because it has "comic" in the title, the developers have created a comic book to launch the game with, telling the in-game narrative, and being given away completely free at the show. Which means it will be binned by many, cherished by few and flipped on eBay when the game becomes an international hit.

The comic, acting as a prelude to the game is written by in-house writers Philip Huxley and Rebecca Haigh, with art from Michael Brennan, creator of Electric Girl. Exclusive to the MCM London Comic Con launch and completely free.

I'll be at the show, ostensibly for the Comic Village, the Diamond presentation, the HitchHiker's Guide To The Galaxy panel and trying to find out more about this rumoured deal between MCM Comic Cons and Reed POP, but it now definitely looks like I'll be popping by Salix Games as well now. Maybe London will bring us some freeing fog just for the occasion? It is coming up to that time of the year, isn't it?

See you there?
