Disney has unveiled the concept art for their newest attraction — the NBA experience — today. The attraction will be at the West Side of the Disney Springs area.
“We are inspired by the design of the new building and the energy that it will bring to the West Side of Disney Springs,” said Senior Vice President of Disney Springs and ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex Maribeth Bisienere.
Disney has always had a hand in sports entertainment (after all, they own ESPN). At the parks alone there are the runDisney events, and at Disney World there’s both the Wide World of Sports, as well as the All Star Sports Resort. Personally I’m not the biggest basketball fan, but I am looking forward to this new addition to Disney Springs.
The NBA Experience will include video games, interactive experiences, competitions, a store, and a restaurant.
