Nerd Home: Ginger VooDoo Organic Bath And Body

Nothing get's me in the creepy, spooky spirit like items based on my favorite horror movies. Be it food, bath bombs, clothing, or whatever else — I love it all. Ginger VooDoo just happens to hit some of those bullet points, with their fine collection of handmade bath and body products. Now, I have eczema, so I'm always looking for stuff to help alleviate that. In fact, according to their Facebook page:

"All of Our Products are Free of: Sulfates, Parabens, Phthalates and Formeldahyde. They are also Vegan and Cruelty Free!"

So it's safe to say I had a solid chance of not breaking out from their products! I picked up the You Bathed We Came soap, Tattoo Butter, and Bone Daddy Soap Scrub. Price wise everything is good; I spent around $35 total. For what it's worth, I have yet to use the soap, but it looks really cool.

But I have been using the Bone Daddy Soap Scrub, and the Tattoo Butter. The Bone Daddy scrub has enough exfoliate to get rid of my dead skin, but it's gentle enough to not mess with my eczema. It lathers up really well, too, so a little goes a long way. It also smells like pumpkins! The tattoo butter is also sweet. Granted, I don't have any fresh ink, but it does help old tattoos as well:

"Our long awaited 2 oz Tattoo Butter is a must have for anyone with New or Old Tattoos. 2 OZ Specially formulated with a proprietary blend of Amazing essential oils to Reduce Inflammation, Speed Healing while letting that Gorgeous Tattoo Breath! Made with Organic Candelilla Wax (that locks in moisture and helps protect skin from the elements), Organic Shea Butter, Organic Coconut Oil and Organic Safflower Oil. This blend will keep your Ink Looking Amazing for years to come!"

It's actually done a great job at keeping my eczema at bay, even healing it up at times. When used regularly, it works best. Would I buy these products again? Absolutely!
