Suspected Shoplifter Jumps From Second Floor Window At Midtown Comics In New York

A man has been arrested, suspected of shoplifting a single comic book from Midtown Comics's Times Square location on 40th Street and 7th Avenue. His attempted escape from being caught was, it seems, to jump from a second-floor window. Police took up to hospital for minor injuries but is in custody.

Midtown Comics told Bleeding Cool, "Honestly nothing more we can add that hasn't been already reported on. We're just relieved that no one was seriously hurt, including the jumper. The store is open and fully operational."
