What Does Marvel Legacy #1 Mean For… Iron Man? (SPOILERS)

Marvel Legacy #1 by Jason Aaron, with art by Esad Ribic, Steve McNiven, Matthew Wilson, Chris Samnee, Russell Dauterman, Alex Maleev, Ed McGuinness, Stuart Immonen, Wade Von Grawbadger, Pepe Larraz, Jim Cheung, Daniel Acuna, Greg Land, Jay Leisten, Mike Deodato Jr, David Marquez and lettered by VC's Cory Petit, is published by Marvel Comics today – or last night, depending if your store did a midnight opening or not.

Iron Man, or Tony Stark rather, has been in a self-induced coma since the end of Civil WarII after a confrontation with Captain Marvel went a little kablooey. An artificial version of himself used as an AI for Ironheart has gained its own sentience and has operated separately with its own suit. And may be plotting with another Tony Stark-created AI, Friday, to take over the world.

Shame Alfred Pennyworth beat them both to it in today's Batman: The Murder Machine. There is a spoiler warning on this thing, right?

Anyway, so we have an Iron Man on the front cover of Marvel Legacy #1… but on the inside.

Not so much.

You don't suppose Dr Manhattan took him do you? There is a bit of a blue glow… here's what's coming.
