Star Wars Adventures Isn’t Being Sold In The UK In Comic Stores – Just On ComiXology

Star Wars Adventures is the all-ages comic book series licensed and published by IDW, which saw its first issue published this week. That’s if you are in North America, anyway.

If you live in the UK, comic stores haven’t been allowed to order it. Some may use grey distribution methods, but customers will have to expect both a wait and a premium price to cover the sub-distribution.

Or they can just order it on ComiXology UK. Because while IDW can’t sell the print copy in the UK, for some reason, ComiXology UK can.

And, because of the strange disparity in UK and US exchange rates, it will cost less to buy in the UK (£2.49 = $3.28) than in the US ($3.99).

Sorry fellow Brits, here’s a preview of what you can’t have in print…
