Dragon Con is on in Atlanta, Georgia, a show which has focused on cosplay long before it was even called that, and has a dazzling display as a result, courtesy of Bleeding Cooler Bill Watters. Both on the show floor, at the parties and in the hotel rooms (has anyone seen Piglet?). And including last night's Bunny Hutch event….
