New Character Posters For Marvel's Inhumans… And They're Pretty Good

Marvel has released a new set of character posters featuring the Royal Family from the upcoming series Marvel's Inhumans. After a weekend where a lot of people were talking about Marvel's The Defenders, the next ABC series really needed to step up it's game after those horrible character photos they'd released not long ago. You know the ones that had everyone against a gray background and the lightning made it look like the photos were all done by your Uncle Marty who was still using one of those disposable box cameras….

Well, these new images are definitely an improvement over the first batch. Instead of just standing around, these are more posed action shots with a variety of colors and background… you know, something that looks like it was out of a comic book and not a Sears portrait studio training class.

They've also kept the 'title' that were introduced in the last video, like Black Bolt: The King and Gorgon: The Guardian. The posters feature Black Bolt (Anson Mount), Medusa (Serinda Swan), Crystal (Isabelle Cornish), Karnak (Ken Leung), Gorgon (Eme Ikwuakor), Triton (Mike Moh) and Maximus (Iwan Rheon). No poster for Lockjaw… I think Marvel may be missing the boat on what could be the show's most popular character. Also, no poster for Auran (Sonya Balmores) who was included in the video the other day as 'the assassin'.

Marvel's Inhumans debuts in IMAX theaters on September 1st and on ABC September 29th.
