Someone Built A Real Warthog From 'Halo'

Something that people have talked a lot about over the years and have only wished they could own is a Warthog from Halo. If you're not familiar with the vehicle, it's basically the game's version of an all-terrain hummer with a mounted gun in the back instead of extra seats or storage. The photo you see below was loaded onto Reddit this weekend where someone shared a pet project his friend had been working on the past seven years, as he recreated a Warthog.

Now obviously it isn't a complete Warthog from Halo, as there's no way in hell he'd be able to mount a gun and drive the streets normally. But with the exception of a license plate, that's a fully functional vehicle that could live up to UNSC standards. The vehicle itself is comprised of Chevy truck parts and a lot of 3D printing components to give it the look, shape, and feeling of a genuine Warthog, right down to the lights above the windshield and the "wear and tear" along the creases.

Now there's only one thing left to do: find a way to make the car flip back onto its wheels when you tip it over. We think Rooster Teeth can help with that.
