Marvel Studios Week: Cinemark XD Offers 11 Films For $5 Each

Are you a completest who needs to make sure that they've seen everything that's come out of Marvel Studios? Maybe you want to be up-to-speed on all of the backstories you'll need to know to keep your scorecard up-to-date going into Avengers: Infinity War? Maybe you're like me and want to prove to your friends once-and-for-all that Captain America: Civil War seriously paled in comparison to Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice?

Whether it's for one of those reasons or for any of a million more, Cinemark XD has you covered with Marvel Studios XD Week. Taking place from August 25-31 at a number of their theaters across the country (go here for theater info), Cinemark XD is giving fans a chance to see 11 Marvel Studios movies over the course of one week for the low cost of only $5.00 per film.

So if you're interested, here's the skinny on how it works:

●  Each day of the seven days is given a theme that determines the programming slate for that day:

Friday, August 25th

(Origins: Iron Man/Guardians of the Galaxy/Ant-Man/Doctor Strange)

Saturday, August 26th

(Cosmic: Thor/Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2/The Avengers/Doctor Strange)

Sunday, August 27th

(Fan Favorites: Iron Man/The Avengers/Guardians of the Galaxy/Captain America: Civil War)

Monday, August 28th

(Cap's Best Of: Captain America: The First Avenger/The Avengers/Captain America: The Winter Soldier/Captain America: Civil War)

Tuesday, August 29th

(First Avengers: Captain America: The First Avenger/Thor/The Avengers/Iron Man)

Wednesday, August 30th

(Team Ups: Guardians of the Galaxy/Captain America: Civil War/The Avengers/The Avengers: Age of Ultron)

Thursday, August 31st

(Guardians Day: Guardians of the Galaxy/Guardians of the Galaxy, Vol. 2)

●  Showtimes run:

Friday, August 25th-Wednesday, August 30th: 1:00pm / 4:00pm / 7:00pm / 10:00pm

Thursday, August 31st: 1:00pm / 4:00pm

●  Participating theaters will also be offering the following concession deals:

$2.00 Each – Large fountain drinks, packaged candy, hot dogs, Dibs and 20 oz. Dasani.

$3.00 Each – Large popcorn, large ICEE

●  Attendees who are also Cinemark Connections members will also have the opportunity to earn 2x the points per movie they see in Cinemark XD than they normally would, earning them points towards concession discounts, screenings, digital downloads and other rewards.
