Chris Hemsworth Was "Weirdly Shaken" To Meet Chris Pratt For Avengers: Infinity War

Sometimes meeting co-workers can be stressful and that is true with superheroes too. In this case it was Chris Hemsworth meeting Chris Pratt on the set of Avengers: Infinity War. In the latest issue of ELLE Hemsworth talks about how weirdly shaken he was to meet Pratt and the Guardians.

The first time I really met Chris Pratt—and went on set with him and the Guardians—I was weirdly shaken. [Laughs] I don't know why. He's just so charismatic. And good at what he does.

Before he gets to smack into run into the Guardians in Infinity War Hemsworth gets to take on Hela, played by Cate Blanchett, in Thor: Ragnarok.

She calls you on your shit straightaway. Which is intimidating. You walk in and you're doing all the usual polite chats, and she's like, "Chris, what are you doing? Really, that's the story you're gonna tell?" And you're like, "Shit, I'm not going to get away with anything with this lady. I have to drop the facade."

Hemsworth was asked to elaborate about that facade of wanting to impress her but realizing he wasn't acting like himself.

There's quite a feeling of wanting to impress her. She's like, "I'm a human being. Act normal." Before you know it, you're drinking and telling stories and cracking jokes. She has a wild sense of humor.

Cate Blanchett as Hela in Thor: Ragnarok

Even movie stars get a little star struck around their co-workers sometimes. I'd be intimidated if I saw Cate Blanchett in that Hela outfit.

Summary: Imprisoned, the mighty Thor finds himself in a lethal gladiatorial contest against the Hulk, his former ally. Thor must fight for survival and race against time to prevent the all-powerful Hela from destroying his home and the Asgardian civilization.

Thor: Ragnarok, directed Taika Waititi, also stars Chris Hemsworth, Tom Hiddleston, Cate Blanchett, Jeff Goldblum, Idris Elba, and Mark Ruffalo. It will be released on November 3rd.
