New Clip From 'The Defenders' Shows An Awkward Meeting
The Defenders comes out this Friday, and we have another clip waiting for us. This time we get to see a confrontation between Alexandra (Sigourney Weaver) and Stick (Scott Glenn).
One of the things the trailers have implied throughout the marketing for The Defenders is that Alexandra is much older than she thinks she is. The way she talks to Stick is like he's a toddler that she is begrudgingly babysitting for minimum wage. There are a lot of theories going around as to what or who Alexandra actually is, but the series is doing a good job of teasing us without giving anything away thus far.
Summary: Daredevil, Jessica Jones, Luke Cage, and Iron Fist team up to fight crime in New York City.
Marvel's The Defenders, created by Douglas Petrie and Marco Ramirez, stars Charlie Cox, Krysten Ritter, Mike Colter, Finn Jones, and Sigourney Weaver. It will stream to Netflix on August 18th.
