This Week, DC Comics Editors Played Musical Office Chairs

When Mark Doyle moved from being Batman Group Editor to Vertigo and Young Animal, a few assistant/associate editors moved as well and, basically, everyone at DC Comics had a shuffle-around. Some of the Batman editors also moves to the Justice League Group, some licensed title editors went to the Batman group, it was all a bit of a game of musical chairs. This all was decided back in May or June, but it took until this week for everyone to move offices and make it official. And a couple posted about their new positions.

With Andrew Marino, moving from the Superman comics to Assistant Editor on the Batman books, including Detective Comics.

And Associate editor Jessica Chen, from digital titles such as DC Bombshells, to the Superbooks.

And yes, for those who note such things, the Superman books now have a female editor on staff. Something they haven't had for a while for…reasons.

While Assistant Editor Dave Wielgosz even got a goodbye in this week's Harley Quinn.
