'Persona 5' Animated Series To Hit Japan In 2018

Awesome news today for Persona 5 fans as the game will be getting an animated series, which will be released in Japan first sometime in 2018. The announcement was made during a  Persona 5 event at Katayanagi Arena in Tokyo, where A-1 Pictures debuted Persona 5 the Animation, along with a tweet to get the word out to fans who weren't able to attend.

A-1 Pictures are responsible for a couple other Persona-related anime series and films, so the series is actually in good hands who are familiar with the style and the world these games come from. The entire voice cast for the Japanese version are set to reprise their roles for the new anime, but no word yet on any other region seeing as how the series hasn't even been finished yet. But considering how popular the game has become in the west, it would be foolish to not bring in the English dub cast.There aren't many details beyond that as the series has yet to even state a network or viewing platform for the
