Marvel Comics To Publish Sampler Volume For Star Wars Reads Day In October

Star Wars Reads Day returns for a sixth time in October, where Lucasfilm and associated licenses promote and create Star Wars-related works of reading at bookstores, comic stores, schools, and libraries.

This year, Marvel Comics is producing a Star Wars Comics Sampler volume to be given away to curious folk, showing off work from their Star Wars, Darth Vader, Darth Maul, Doctor Aphra, Poe Dameron, Princess Leia, and "Road To…" volumes.

And Lucasfilm will be helping to promote comic stores to their readers and those participating in Star Wars Reads Day.

At San Diego Comic-Con, Lucasfilm announced a number of projects that suit the occasion. A Thrawn adaptation from Marvel, and plenty of Journey to Star Wars: The Last Jedi and Star Wars: The Last Jedi titles, as well as more on the Star Wars Adventures series.
