A Very Skully Punisher Teaser From Marvel And Netflix Ahead Of San Diego Comic-Con

The Punisher is coming to Netflix. Created and showrun by Steve Lightfoot, and based on the Marvel Comics character, it is set alongside the other Marvel Netflix shows, and the character first appeared in the second series of Daredevil. And, ahead of expected appearances at San Diego Comic-Con — especially the Defenders panel — we get this little teaser.

Jon Bernthal is reprising the role from Daredevil, with Ben Barnes, Ebon Moss-Bachrach, Amber Rose Revah, Deborah Ann Woll, Daniel Webber, Jason R. Moore, Paul Schulze, Jaime Ray Newman and Michael Nathanson.

The Punisher is scheduled to be released sometime this year.
