Are Guillermo Del Toro, Ron Perlman, And Selma Blair Secretly Plotting To Still Make Hellboy 3?

With the announcement back in March that director Neil Marshall will make an R-Rated Hellboy reboot starring David Harbour as the titular Hellboy, it seemed like we could finally put to rest rumors and speculation about a third installment in the original Hellboy franchise directed by Guillermo del Toro. However, new photographic evidence has emerged showing that Del Toro and stars Ron Perlman and Selma Blair could be secretly plotting to make their own Hellboy threequel. The covert photograph was captured yesterday and posted to del Toro’s Twitter:

Realizing that people might be onto their plan, del Toro took to Twitter again later that night in an attempt to throw people off the scent:

But isn’t that exactly what somebody who was secretly making Hellboy 3 and didn’t want anyone to know would say?

We thought so.

Basically, Hellboy 3 confirmed.

About Jude Terror

A prophecy says that in the comic book industry's darkest days, a hero will come to lead the people through a plague of overpriced floppies, incentive variant covers, #1 issue reboots, and super-mega-crossover events.

Scourge of Rich Johnston, maker of puns, and seeker of the Snyder Cut, Jude Terror, sadly, is not the hero comics needs right now... but he's the one the industry deserves.
