Boom's Jim Lee X-Men Homage Covers For Power Rangers SDCC Exclusive Comics

Marvel Comics is currently repurposing old Jim Lee X-Men artwork lying around on their FTP site, for 1:1000 covers and for their trading card variant covers, while DC Comics – who actually have him as a co-publisher have him working on the Dark Matter comics, as well as variant covers for Dark Knight III and the like.

Well, just because Boom! Studios doesn't employ Jim Lee, and never has, doesn't mean they can't get a little of the lustre. Remember this classic gatefold cover for X-Men #1 back in the day?

Well so do Boom Studios, for their exclusive San Diego Comic-Con exclusive covers for Mighty Morphin Power Rangers #17, Go Go Power Rangers #1 and Mighty Morphin Power Rangers Annual 2017 by Dan Mora.

The four issues will be on sale at the Boom! Studios booth on the SDCC showfloor for $20, with the gatefold variant for $100.
