'Detroit: Become Human' Twitter Account Takes A Shot At Xbox One Owners

It may have been up for just a few hours, but the marketing team behind Detroit: Become Human took a pop-shot at Xbox One owners yesterday on Twitter. Below is a tweet that was first spotted by Eurogamer that quickly took off before being deleted three hours later. I think the text speaks for itself.

'Detroit: Become Human' Twitter Account Takes A Shot At Xbox One Owners

Damn, son! Fans making fun of other systems not having exclusive content is pretty common, any search of a Halo forum will give you a bevy of PS4 jokes. But rarely do you see a developer take any kind of stab at another company. Simply for the fact that just because you're designing a game for the PS4 this year, it doesn't mean you won't be trying to do business with Microsoft next year. Hence the quick deletion after the post started to gain a lot of attention.

Plus there's always the fact that the game hasn't even come out yet. What if Detroit: Become Human flops and you end up with a game that critics end up panning and it turns into one of the system's mediocre titles? Now you got egg on your face and people may not want to work with you as much, especially after the gloating. Xbox didn't respond, even after being tagged, but who knows what the future may hold after one tweet.
