A Black Mirror Prose Anthology Trilogy Edited By Series Creator Charlie Booker Is In The Works

Black Mirror Book AnthologyIf you’re looking for more stories from Black Mirror, the English anthology series, you might want to try looking at your local book store. Series creator Charlie Booker is editing the first of three short story collections that will fit in with the popular television series’ tone. The series will be through Del Rey (an imprint of Penguin Random House) with the first book of the trilogy being released in February 2018. Which is likely to be after the next season of the TV series.

Booker spoke with EW.com about going to the “high-tech paper format”:

Apparently, you just have to glance at some sort of ‘ink code’ printed on paper and images and sounds magically appear in your head, enacting the story. Sounds far-fetched to me, but we’ll see.

The books are going to be a collection of original, mid-length stories, but no authors names have been announced at this time.
