Kingdom Come: Deliverance Is Delayed Again, This Time Until February

homepage

The ever-delayed medieval RPG Kingdom Come: Deliverance is now slated for release on February 13, 2018 according to the latest update from developer Warhorse Studios.

According to the studio, the delay will allow the team "to secure the best quality for the future gamers and community of Kingdom Come: Deliverance." Before today's setback, the RPG was expected to be released sometime this year. It was first announced with a release window of 2016, which means the game is now going to be about two years late in coming. Not the worst we've seen, but it is a pretty major disappointment.

Last year, Warhorse announced a publishing partnership with Deep Silver. As part of the deal, Warhorse will handle digital distribution of the PC version, while Deep Silver publishes physical copies of the PC version and all PlayStation 4 and Xbox One versions of Kingdom Come.

But at least we got a story trailer to go with the announcement. Because who doesn't love a good revenge story?
