Does Iris West Die Tonight? – The Flash Live Blog

We've reached the penultimate episode of the Flash season 3 and the big question for a while now is, 'Will Iris West die?' If you read the buzz on-line, a lot of people seem to think that it will take place tonight with the finale being about morning and finding a way to move on. To prevent the future we saw a few weeks back. Part of this comes from the fact that in the comics, Iris West does indeed die and then is resurrected in the far future only to come back years later. So there is some speculation that the show's writers may do just that and have Iris at least seem to die and be gone for a while. I hope that's not the case as Barry has already gone through the death of his mother, father, multiple betrayals and has ended up a much darker, more jaded version of himself. Barry Allen is about hope and it's time the writers remember that and bring that hopefulness back, leaving the brooding to the guy in Star City.

Always happy to see the return of Wentworth Miller to the show… still holding out hope that Leonard Snart will be back full time soon and we get a more Rogue-centric fourth season.
