Captain Cold Returns Tonight On The Flash… But From When?

We knew from the trailers that the Flash was going to go to Captain Cold to get help stealing that alien energy source from ARGUS, but we didn't know which Leonard Snart (Wentworth Miller). Executive producer Aaron Helbing tells us in the video below that Barry Allen (Grant Gustin) travels back in time to get the Snart from Legends of Tomorrow season one… before he sacrificed himself to save the team. So Barry is still trying to fix the future he messed up by time traveling by using time travel.

The Flash airs Tuesdays at 8 PM on the CW.
