Proving once and for all that comics journalism isn't merely a gateway to getting a real job in the comics industry, Marvel has hired Entertainment Weekly editor Andrea Towers as the replacement for Chris D'Lando, who left his role as Marvel PR guy last week. Described by Newsarama as the point person for Entertainment Weekly's comics coverage, Towers reportedly worked closely with Marvel on projects such as the Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. episodic character posters.

Bleeding Cool congratulates Towers on "achieving the dream," and we look forward to making her professional life "exciting" with many Bleeding Cool stories about Marvel in the future.

And so, Jude Terror has moved on to a more important mission: turning Bleeding Cool into a pro wrestling dirt sheet!
