New 'Resident Evil 7' DLC Delayed With No Release Date Provided

notahero

Bad news for Resident Evil fans who were looking forward to the "Not A Hero" DLC that was due out in the spring. Capcom released this video explaining that due to the overwhelming reception for Resident Evil 7: Biohazard, the developers thought the free DLC didn't quite meet the expectations of the game and it sounds like they're going to perfect it more before giving it to you later this year. Unfortunately, no date was attached to that news, so it's unknown when we'll receive it. "Not A Hero" was going to bring back Resident Evil favorite Chris Redfield to take part in what we can only assume is a side-mission tied into the story. We'll keep you updated as to when we'll be seeing this DLC arrive, if at all.
