Seven To Eternity #1 Now A $100 Comic As Series Fast Becoming “The New Saga”

s-l500This was the first week on the Bleeding Cool Bestseller Lists that any retailers were reporting that Seven To Eternity was their bestselling book of the week. It topped two individual retailer charts and was prominent in others.

The series by Rick Remender and Jerome Opeña tells the story of how The God of Whispers has spread an omnipresent paranoia to every corner of the kingdom of Zhal; his spies hide in every hall spreading mistrust and fear. Adam Osidis, a dying knight from a disgraced house, must choose between joining a hopeless band of magic users in their desperate bid to free their world of the evil God, or accepting his promise to give Adam everything his heart desires.

And the aftermarket has been catching up. Already, multiple copies of the first issue have sold for $100 in raw condition, and up to $650 slabbed CGC 9.9 while second prints sells for $12.

Sales are definitely on an upswing and Advance Reorders have noted retailers playing catch-up.

Issue 5 came out last Wednesday, issue 6 is out on the 10th May… the first collection with issue 1-4 is out now.
