Superstar artist Sir Robert Liefeld may disagree with some less scrupulous comic book websites' take on the origin of his second most popular character…

But that's not going to stop Liefeld from getting psyched for the debut of Josh Brolin as Cable on the big screen, even if he did first prefer Russell Crowe. Liefeld has taken to Instagram to bestow upon Brolin the most bodacious seal of approval possible: an official Rob Liefeld sketch of his likeness.
