Microsoft Teases Us With Some Project Scorpio Sightings
Microsoft still hasn't given us much on the upcoming Project Scorpio console, but we do now have tech specs for the console as well as a few photos and a very short video. We still have no idea what the console will look like, but we've got a glimpse at some of it's components now including it's RAM. Microsoft hopes that the console will win back developers, giving them some edge on Sony's PlayStation 4.
The full tech specs are as follows:
- CPU: Eight custom x86 cores
- GPU: 6 teraflops
- RAM: 12GB GDDR5
- Memory bandwidth: 326GB/s
- Vapour-chamber cooling
- 1TB Hard Drive
