Given how tumultuous the recent Marvel retailer summit was, as it caused a media meltdown for Marvel Comics, the all-publisher one for April 19th to the 21st is shaping up to be a belter. Scheduled at the McCormick Place ahead of the weekend's C2E2 event in Chicago, here's what will be going down…
