Rob Liefeld Needs Colourists For Youngblood Covers

Last week, Bleeding Cool scooped the news that Image Comics was reversing its policy on allowing retailer exclusive comic book covers. I say, scooped, no one else seemed to bother reporting the news. In an effort to reconnect the promotion with increasing long term sales, it will be restricted to stores who keep up a significant number of orders for subsequent issues of the series, depending on the store's size.

Anyway, we've just seen the second shoe drop. We said that Youngblood #1 would be the first that this policy would be applicable towards, and today Rob Liefeld has issued the appeal, posting on Facebook,

Looks like there are lots of retailer exclusive covers that need bringing to life!
