Kristopher Carter of Dynamic Music Partners, Matt Patterson and DW Ferranti hosted the Annual Mayhem of the Music Master Sing along.

Growing up with Adam West reruns molded me into the biggest 66 Batman fan outside of Gotham and The Brave and the Bold always felt like an extension of that universe. I was delighted at the idea of listening and singing along to some music from a great show.

The show consisted of all the musical numbers from the Brave and the Bold, showcasing the Musical writer's dynamic range in genres, peppered with anecdotes about influences for each song. All of this melodic madness culminated with the full Mayhem of the Music Meister episode.

The first ditty played was "Birds of Prey". When finished the panel put to rest the rumor that there was a censored and an uncensored version of this song. " No, there was a version the went out unfinished," DW Ferranti said "people saw it. It actually aired in Australia first then I came up with a joke that I thought was a little better and not so on the nose. Everyone was like " Censorship!" I said no, no censorship , I was like no, no, no, just directorship."

Next up was "Where's the Fun in That?" which Kristopher Carter said is inspired by rock operas such as Meatloaf's "Bat Out Of Hell" followed by "Blue and Grey" which has its roots in his Texas upbringing. The Phyllis Diller 66 sitcom inspired "Well Ahoy" is the best of the bunch, please pause this and look it up on YouTube, I'll wait.

[Rich adds – guess which song isn't on YouTube?]

See, was I wrong? "Aquaman's Rousing Song of Heroism" would be at home on a musical theater stage, but would inspire any man to stand up and be a hero.

When young fan Chris from (presumably) Anaheim asked "Do any of you know why the Brave and the Bold ended?" we were told that Bat Mite ended the show and he explained on the last episode that he felt it was time to jump the shark.

What's also fun about these songs and the way they fit in the episodes is that these are not music breaks, they are songs that further the plot" says Matt Patterson .

We are then treated to the big banana Mayhem of the Music Meister which features the songs "I'm the Music Meister", "The World is Mine", "Drives us Bats", the hauntingly beautiful "If Only", and "Death Trap".

Extra fun and prizes for fans brave enough to wait in line for the microphone and sign along with the video while the crowd sang the Music Meister lines. Once up to the microphone, you had your chance to sing until you got a light flashed on you, then you got to collect your prize. A copy of the "Brave and the Bold" on Blu Ray and DVD.

I know right? I so glad we sat down to sing, laugh and learn a little about the music and the creators. This WonderCon just keeps getting better!
