Firefly Canceled Again As Netflix Announces Comings And Goings For April 2017

Bad news for "firebronies," the dedicate fans of Joss Whedon's ill-fated space Western, Firefly. The series has been canceled again, this time by streaming service Netflix, which will stop streaming Firefly along with other Whedon shows Buffy and Angel in April. The news comes as Netflix has revealed its entire slate of arriving and departing streaming options for the month. Other shows and films getting the boot include House M.D., The Princess Bride, Superman 1-4, Ferris Bueller's Day Off, and The X-Files. Arriving to replace them will be the An American Tail trilogy, Richard Pryor: Live & Smokin, a Louis C.K. original standup special, Gremlins, Bill Nye Saves The World, and the second season of DC's Legends Of Tomorrow.
