When Will We See [Spoiler] In Star City?

Since she appeared in the flashbacks, two major questions have popped up concerning Talia al Ghul (Lexa Doig). First of course is when and if we'll see her in the modern day. It's been rumored that Talia will come to the modern day Star City at some point this season, but now that we're 2/3rds through the season, the question of when gets bigger. The second question that comes up would be, why Oliver Queen (Stephen Amell) never mentioned knowing Talia or even going to her for help when dealing with her father, Ra's al Ghul (Matt Nable), or her sister, Nyssa al Ghul (Katrina Law). Executive producer Marc Guggenheim talked to EW.com about the character:

We will see her in the present day. What she wants from Oliver in the past is very different from what she wants from him in the present.

And as for the issue of her name, it basically comes down to… she didn't tell him her last name.

Oliver couldn't have heard it, because if he had, when Ra's talked about his daughter he'd be like, 'Yeah, the other daughter, I met her back in Russia. We were very cognizant not to retcon anything. So yes, she is Talia al Ghul, but Oliver obviously doesn't know that.

Arrow has a new episode on Wednesday at 9 PM on the CW.
